RETURNS
Effective October 1, 2023
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to start your complimentary return to the original form of payment.
- We will provide an insured, prepaid label. Once the label is generated, you have 5 business days to have your package scanned at a local FedEx location.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To start your return or exchange, contact us to obtain your return authorization & prepaid shipping label.
EXCLUSIONS
- Includes final sale items, personalized pieces, custom designs, eternity rings, stackable rings, and made-to-order items. Orders sent back to HS without approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense.
SIZING POLICY
We offer one(1) complimentary resizing service within 3 months of the pick-up date. This service allows you to resize your ring up to 1½ size smaller or larger than the original size.
- Note: Not all rings are resizable, and resizing is typically limited to a range of 1-1½ sizes larger or smaller than the original ring size.
- The sizing policy excludes eternity rings, bangles, bracelets & stackable rings.
REFUNDS
- REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 7 business days.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 619-231-0520
- EXCHANGES (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item call 619-231-0520
