Once your item is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Harold Stevens due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Warranty, Resizing & Returns
Warranty
We provide a complimentary six(6) month limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases. This includes any quality issues arising from a manufacturing defect; including loose diamonds, loose prongs & missing stones up to 0.10 carats. Resizing is not included.
Complimentary Cleaning:
We provide ultrasonic & steam cleaning at no cost for a lifetime.
Factory Specs Cleaning:
Comprised of a meticulous inspection, polishing, rhodium plating, and the tightening of any loose stones for a nominal cost. Reach out to the store for specific pricing information.
Resizing
We provide one(1) complimentary resizing within 1 size smaller or larger than the original ring size within 3 months of pick-up date.
Note: The policy excludes eternity rings, bangle bracelets & stackables*. Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than the original ring size.
Returns
We offer complimentary returns & exchanges on fine jewelry within 15 days of delivery. Certain exclusions apply. For additional details, click HERE.
