The Beginning...
Our client approached us with a family heirloom - her grandmother's antique engagement ring, which had been cut off and attached to a pendant.
Lets just say, it was in dire need of a makeover... here's how it unfolded.
The Middle...
To ensure utmost precision, we meticulously removed & examined the emerald and baguette diamonds, verifying their authenticity. Moreover, we played with the stone arrangement by introducing additional diamonds in the corners.
The End.
The ultimate culmination was an exquisite modern heirloom ring that will be treasured for generations to come.
HOW WE WORK...
A quick overview of some of the steps involved in our custom design process.... Delve into the realm of luxury craftsmanship as we unveil the steps behind creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece tailored just for you.
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation that will ignite your imagination and help us all gain insight about your tastes.
Bring photos, snapshots, napkin drawings or nothing at all. No matter your starting point, this step is designed to ensure inspiration strikes.
2. Loose Stones
Bespoke custom design begins with loose diamonds & gemstones. We offer a carefully curated selection of loose diamonds and gemstones to choose from, allowing you to select a stone that is uniquely theirs.
3. CAD Renderings
This is when you'll see what happens behind the scenes. We'll prepare a digital rendering of your design and use 3D printing to create a model of your piece, you can actually try on.
Next we cast the model in the metal you've selected, set any diamonds or gemstones and prepare it for the final step in our process.
4. Extraordinary
Your creation is complete and there's only thing left to do.
SHOW IT OFF.
Whether your designed if for yourself, for someone else or to pop "the question," ooo's and ahhh's are what you can expect. The care we put into every step is how we make sure of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a custom design project take?
Once the design has been finalized, it usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks for your custom design to be ready. Please note that the timeline may fluctuate based on the complexity of the design.
Can I use my own diamonds, old-jewelry or gemstones in your custom work?
Indeed! We excel at creating new jewelry designs by repurposing customer-provided hierloom gold, diamonds and gemstones.
How much is my custom design going to cost?
Given that each project begins from scratch, it can be challenging to determine the cost of your piece without complete details. To receive an estimate, we recommend initiating a consultation. In most cases, we can offer a preliminary estimate to ensure the process keeps moving forward. Once we have all the necessary information, we will be able to provide you with an exact price.
When can I see my design? Can I see it before I pay?
We will analyze your design and provide you with cost estimates at no charge. In order to create CAD renderings of your design, we kindly request a 25% deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of your piece. You can expect to receive the CAD renderings within 5–7 business days..
What’s your refund/return policy on custom design?
Given that every item is individually crafted to order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds. Should you find any dissatisfaction with the final product, we kindly encourage you to reach out to us so that we may collaborate on finding a suitable resolution.
